Welcome to Krum Independent School District! I am Linda Moore, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. I have been with Krum ISD for the past eleven years. My duties include, but are not limited to; federal programs director, 504 coordinator, assessment coordinator, textbook coordinator, Tech Prep coordinator, teacher certification and highly qualified status, staff development, District Education Improvement Council Chairperson, and overseeing all regular and special instructional programs such as ELL, Gifted and Talented, Dyslexia, etc. I also oversee district grants.

In terms of my educational background and experience, I hold a B.A. in Psychology, and a M.Ed. in Special Education. I have completed graduate coursework leading to an Ed. D. from UNT in educational administration with a minor in curriculum and instruction. My certifications include psychology, generic special education, reading specialist, mid-management, and superintendent. I have fifteen years of classroom experience along with four years of teacher appraisal experience, prior to moving into administration. My teaching career began in Norman, Oklahoma and I have worked in several districts in Texas including Wichita Falls ISD, Stephenville ISD, Mineral Wells ISD and Midway ISD. I have served as both an elementary and secondary principal as well as a curriculum director prior to coming to Krum ISD. My husband, Paige, and I have two grown children who are both graduates of TAMU. In my free time I enjoy equestrian activities.
