Weather Related Closing Information
School is in session according to the school district calendar and campus schedules. Emergency closings due to weather or other factors will be posted on our site as soon as possible.
You may tune in to the following television or radio stations for school closing information:
TV:
Channels 4, 5, 8, 11, 12, 21, and 27
RADIO:
KLTY 94.9 FM, WBAP 820 AM
You may also visit the district's website, facebook page, or check the school closing information hotline on the automated telephone system. A recorded message will indicate if school is to be closed or delayed. You may access this from your home telephone by dialing 940-482-2555. If school is to be canceled or delayed we will attempt to have this message on the telephone system by 6:00 a.m. Please note that this service will not allow you to leave a message.
In addition, the district has partnered with SchoolMessenger, a company that provides notification services for emergency broadcasts and other types of messaging. Automatic phones calls will be placed to parents regarding important announcements such as a school closing or delay. Please be sure your contact information is current with your child's campus office.
