"Digital Learning Day" Encourages Students and Community to Embrace New Learning Standards
Gone are the days of students tracing math problems on their desks in shaving cream or taking turns writing on chalk boards. Replacing them are tablet computers, digital slates, and interactive boards. In an age where everything from music to reading has gone digital, learning is no exception. One Krum ISD campus recently joined 39 states, 15,000 teachers, and nearly two million students in the nation’s first-ever Digital Learning Day campaign.
