Community Collaborations

The rural, small-town feel that Krum provides creates a close-knit community that joins together to support Krum ISD students! Members of the community show their support and dedication to student success by volunteering on campus, presenting at elementary Career Days, and attending numerous athletic games and fine arts performances. The collaborative atmosphere amongst members of the community and our schools helps teach students the meaning of community while teaching them to be difference makers and leaders. Annually, students lead and participate in various community initiatives including the Dyer Safety Patrol Toy Drive, NEHS Animal Shelter Drive, Dodd City Wide Clean-Up, and Annual Veterans Day of Remembrance Program.

Krum ISD is also proud to be supported by the non-profit organization the Krum ISD Education Foundation. This volunteer ran foundation raises money to be donated directly back to academic initiatives for students and staff.
