College & Career Readiness

The KISD Board, administration, and staff work hard to foster a desire in all students to continue and further their education following graduation. Helping students prepare for their future can take on many roles. KISD wants to partner with parents and students to ensure they have as much information available to make informed choices and have plenty of opportunities to pursue their goals.

KISD provides students with opportunities for dual credit courses, career and technical education, and AP courses. In addition, students at Krum ISD are offered TSIA testing, ACT/SAT testing information and have the opportunity to take the ASVAB, a military aptitude test. Our partnerships with local colleges help facilitate transitions into adulthood for career development as well as the continuation of college to pursue degrees. KISD is committed to developing the next generation.
