To ensure that all participants and fans have a safe and enjoyable experience please follow these guidelines:

Bobcat Stadium Guidelines

• No crossing over of the home and visitor fans 
• Bands, drill teams, cheerleaders, or spirit teams are not allowed pre-game practice on the playing field.
• No students or adults shall be permitted on the playing field prior to, during, or after the game except those in uniform, engaged in the game or half time activities.
• No spirit lines are allowed to be formed other than uniformed school groups.
• Absolutely no glass bottles, food, gum, sunflower seeds, or tobacco allowed on the field.
• Only authorized personnel will be allowed in the press box or on the side lines, and dressing room areas.
• Competing teams must provide their own trainer, training tables etc.
• No large ice chests will be allowed in the stadium; except for competing teams, bands, and drill teams.
• Dressing rooms and field will be open 3 hours before game time.
• Competing teams must provide their own towels.
• Dressing room areas will be locked when teams take the field.
• Krum ISD will not be responsible for articles left in the dressing room after the game.
• Competing schools will be held responsible for any damage, theft, etc. to dressing room and press box areas.
• Each team must provide their own headsets.
• A school administrator from each school must be on duty for crowd control, keeping ramps and walkways clear, weather situations, etc.
• All equipment, such as fans, heaters, tables, etc. must have a protective base to prevent damage to the field or track.
• Live mascots will not be allowed in the stadium.
• Confetti, ignited cannons or other pyrotechnic items will not be allowed on stadium property.

Media and Photographer Sideline Access Policy

The Krum football team sincerely appreciates the coverage and recognition that journalists and photographers provide throughout the season, and we want to partner with you in a way that respects both of our needs. It is the responsibility of the Krum High School football game management staff to ensure the least amount of disruption to game day while maintaining a safe and secure environment for athletes and fans. While we strive to provide reasonable media access, we have established the following guidelines to ensure that we are meeting our responsibility to the team and other attendees. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you wish to gain free admission and/or sideline access to a Krum home football game, you must contact the athletic director before noon on game day to have your name added to the pass list and/or sideline list.  *Please note: Contacting the athletic director does not guarantee that your name will get added to the pass and/or sideline list.

If you do not contact the athletic director prior to noon on game day, you will likely be denied sideline access. 

If your request is granted, you must pick up your sideline pass at the athletic office located in the Field House and wear it throughout the duration of the game.

The athletic director will base the number of media passes granted on the size of the crowd, taking into consideration that number of attendees may exceed the stadium capacity. Media will be granted or denied sideline access in the priority order:

1. Local media for both teams
2. Large state-wide media outlets
3. National media outlets
4. Any other (smaller) state-wide media outlets

A few things to keep in mind:

• A media credential does not guarantee you free admission and/or sideline access.
• A camera does not guarantee you free admission and/or sideline access.
• Having gained access to any other UIL event does not grant you access to Krum High School games.
