To participate in any Krum ISD athletic program each student must complete the following prior to the beginning of each school year or the first day of practice (if it begins before the school year)
1.) Complete the Online UIL Participation Forms (RankOne):
a.) Click "Proceed to Online Forms"
b.) Click CONTINUE AS GUEST
c.) Enter the student's name and ID number
d.) Fill out the emergency form and online UIL forms
2.) Have an updated Medical History and Physical Evaluation form on file (this can be uploaded through Rank One or the training staff can upload it for you)
