Krum Middle School Spreads Kindness During Encouragement Week

Last week, Krum Middle School celebrated Encouragement Week, a spirited initiative to promote kindness and support across the school and community. Students created encouragement cards for community members and completed a tic‑tac‑toe board of kindness activities — such as helping a friend and assisting a teacher to picking up trash and inviting a new classmate to sit with them.

Students who completed the kindness board had their names entered into a drawing. Five winners from each grade level were selected and enjoyed a special lunch as a reward for their efforts.

This week KMS continues the momentum with the theme “It’s a Great Week to be a Kind Bobcat,” encouraging even more acts of kindness throughout campus. The school applauds students for making kindness an everyday habit. View all the photos on Facebook
