You will need the following information to complete the enrollment process.
Proof of Residency
Acceptable forms include:
- Utility bill, most recent (electric, gas, water, or internet)
- Lease agreement
- Closing documents on a home
- Tax or mortgage statement on a home
- Notarized letter stating that the family is living with a Krum ISD resident along with that resident’s proof of residency
*Credit card, cell phone bills, and driver’s license not accepted*
The proof of residency MUST include the following information: Customer Name, Service Address, Date of Service, and be in Active Status. We do not accept past due bills.
• Immunization Records or Immunization Exemption Affidavit
• Parent/Guardian’s driver's license or state issued ID
• 2 Forms of ID Acceptable forms include:
- Birth certificate
- Statement of the child’s date of birth issued for school admission purposes by Texas Vital
- Statistics, a division of the Texas Department of State Health Services
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- School ID card, records, or report card from previous school
- Social Security card
- Military ID
- Hospital birth record
- Adoption records
- Church baptismal record
- Shot records
- Foster Care form 2085
- Any other legal document that establishes identity
*For a student who is under 11 years of age the campus must receive a certified copy of the student’s birth certificate within 30 days from the student’s enrollment into the district. If the birth certificate cannot be provided, you must produce, within the same time period, other acceptable proof of the child’s identity and age (see list from preceding paragraph) and a signed note explaining why you are unable to produce a certified copy of the birth certificate.
